i hv purchased a new samsung mobile i9003 galaxy sl on 25 may 2011 n it got some problem with software on 7th may n i submitted my mobile to service centre at 8 jun n they hv nt repaired yet; no satisfactory response frm ppl ovr der as they always cm wid sm new excuse ...........no rply 4m national samsung helpline.................pls help
