I am Virendra Singh, customer of samsung mobile India.
I had purchased a samsung Wave S8500 and there was some motherboard issue in the phone.
The Service centre in Goregaon (Mumbai) has not been able to repair it or give me an exchange.
I have already informed them to upgrade the phone for the Galaxy S and I am ready to pay the difference.
They declined my option and they are helpless and dont have any option or resolution for the issue.
I am really unhappy about this whole scenario...Now i am without a phone for around 45days...And whenever i call them they ask me to wait...
If asked for a refund they say it will take 90 days minimum. No sense of customer service at all.
