Purchased on 15-04-2010 at Poorvika Mobiles, Chennai.
This mobile worked fine till October.
Then I had a problem with my mic. My call opponent speaker cant hear me.
I took my mobile to SAMSUNG service centre, Anna Nagar, Chennai.

They asked me one week time.
I dint got any call from them later a week.
I went there but they informed me they dont have a spare after an hour.
Later i called them they dint pick up the phone.
Once they picked up the phone and keep the receiver down.
When i went there and made a call i saw them not picking the phone.
I asked them why you are not picking the phone.
I dint answer me.
Their reactions are irritative.
I went in Person four time i dint get my mobile.

I went to Jaganbabu, Senior Service Engineer.
I is too irresponsible. I told him that i ll give a compliant in the Police Station.
Then he promissed me a week and it will get it done.

I went there after a week. Only on that day took my mobile for work i waited for one hour.
Date 15-11-2010
I got my mobile and checked it but found still my mobile mic is not working.
Then they made some repair and it was working.
I took my mobile and came angrily.


After an hour my mobile stated heating up.
I switched the mobile and kept for some time later i checked again the mobile started heating and my charge started reducing fast.
Due to my travel i cant return the mobile.
I gave my mobile to the service center on 01-12-2010.
They argue it is not their mistake. I told politely to check and get it done.

The service Provided by them is worst and the response given by them irritates the customer.
Not only me many come there and return without any satisfaction.
