I purchased Samsung Pixon M8800 handset on 23 - Dec - 2009 with one year guarantee. after three months camera shutter stopped working. i gave it to the authorized service center ( Shop No. 35, Sec. 31, Gurgaon, Haryana)][ on 26 - May - 2010. Since then i have been calling them daily but they haven't repaired it still. I have also visited the center thrice but with no result. i have spoken to the call centers, the director of the haryana samsung service center ( Mr. Gaurav), manager of gurgaon service center, but they all maintain the same policy of post - poning the work. i have got fed up with the bad customer care service provided by samsung.
