We purchased above Printer- Scanner- Photocopier on 18.12.2009 from Company's local dealer 'Coincap Systems, Beghum Bridge Road, Meerut, U.P.. We have been facing problem with the scanner right since begining. We delivered the Printer to Ashu Electronics, 489/9/3, Mangal Pandey Nagar, Meerut, the authorised service centre of the Co. on 23.08.2010. The service centre has not been responding and the printer is lying with them for last almost 15 days without any result. Our work is suffering due to such long outage of Printer. we request you to please get our grievance redressed with out further delay.
