Hello,

Before 8 months I bought Samsung Star Duos (GT-B7722) and its very bad phone.
Internet--Too slow in 3G, Doesn't support most of sites, if support then its shows Page too large too display even in all M- based sites.
you can not download any Songs, clips, etc..
Games --Not even supporting BASIC games.
Not at all Video streaming through You Tube, Facebook.
Touch Responses are very bad. Compared to other phones
Not even getting at least average quality for whatever we are doing with this phone.
Battery back up is not even comparable….
Please Note i am using Top service provider(Vodafone, Airtel, Trump and Reliance) for 3G,2G, EDGE, all other internet uses but then also NO USE.

The worst part is why you are taking 10k+ for this silly Plastic???

Why Samsung has Cheated us?

Please return me my money back or give me another option for replacement.
So at least we can trust SAMSUNG.

yes. I too bought this phone & have been duped. Any time I open a page it says Page too large, content may not be displayed. even if we try searching for any thing in google, the page is not visible. tooo bad................. very bad..................

As per Service center suggestions i have updated new Software through service center,
BUT NO USE OF IT.

I have also shown the issues to MBCARE Engineers they had just done Master reset again BUT STILL NO USE.

How many times i need to Visit Service center for same issues???

Or shall I Consider SAMSUNG has cheated and fooled away all his GT-B7722 customers for Rs 11,500/- by giving wastage plastic piece which just for nothing?
