I brought a Samsung touch screen mobile last year but some days ago, the screen of that mobile was not working, so I given it in the service center for repairing on date 16 June 2010 because it was in guaranty period.
But still that mobile is not repaired and every time when I ask for the mobile, the say that screen is not available in company that’s why it is taking so much time to repair that. But in between the same time, they repaired some other mobiles with same problem of same model which are not in guaranty period.
It seems that they are repairing only those mobiles which are not in guaranty period because they charge for their repairing and not those which are in guaranty period as they not getting any money for that.
It past more then one month but they are not repairing the mobile and they have given a number to call and check the status of mobile but when ever I call on that number it shows that the number is switched of or unreachable.

Please do the needful as I am facing very much problem
