    Default samsung unsatisfactory service

    Sir,

    I was using nokia from last 8-9 years,and then Apple,but i saw lots of advertisements of Samsung Mobiles on TV and other means of media,

    i was pretty much convinced by the latest models being launched by you.

    I thought of trying a new phone of Samsung.So i baught Samsung Chat 335 from 'Ahuja Telecom 139/3, M.C.D Market,opp.wimpy,karol bagh New Delhi'

    on 22 may 2011 for my wife.Its IMEI no. 355977042828756.

    I found that phone is doing pretty good,but after 3 months,my phone's wi-fi connectivity started to fail,i was unable to connect i-net through wi-fi.

    As i reside in Amritsar Punjab so i went to samsung service centre in Amritsar.

    service centre details are:

    service centre no.:0003323546-S.M Communication

    adress: 76,link road,up stairs reliance web,Amritsar-143001.

    I visited them on 2nd sep 2011,they told me that the motherboard of phone needs to be changed,and they told that they are short of motherboards now a days,and

    it will be available in the month's time,

    after a month i again visited them and again they told me that its not still available,so i kept on visiting them till date,but i got same response that motherboard is not available,it clearly means that they are just skipping the days so that my phone's warranty period gets over and after that i have to pay the amount for repairing the phone.

    Another issue is that i purchased Samsung E2152i for my father on 14 nov 2011 from 'Mobile Links 22-23-24-B,liberty market,basement,railway link road Amritsar-Punjab.'

    As i was not satisfied with the performance and service of my earlier purchased Samsung phone,so i was not having any plans of buying samsung phone again,but the shopkeeper told me that this phone is very good and you wont get any type of problem and all that.

    So i baught it again,but from the first day of buying my phone i am facing a similar problem that my Phone gets restarted while i am talking on phone,everytime i make a call, it restarts .

    Again i went to the above mentioned service centre on 27-jan-2012,they told me that its firmware needs to be upgraded,u will have to leave a phone in the service centre.

    So they kept the phone and gave me the job sheet as per their routine work.

    Next day(28-jan-2012)i went to service centre and took my phone,but what i found was the back cover of my phone was not there,they had lost my phone's backcover,and they stated that we dont deposit sim,memory card,back cover and any type of accessory along with the phone,if we deposit the back cover,we mention it on job sheet,

    As i am 101% sure that i gave my phone to them along with the back cover,and they didnt even mentioned it on the job sheet,this error happened because i gave handed over my phone to other personnel and the other personnel made a job sheet for me,the girl who was made the job sheet did not knew or did not confirmed that is their back cover with phone or not,their was a miscomunication between that two personnels, but they are not confessing it,i told them to take a look from the recordings of CCTV cameras that are installed in their premises,but they refused to do so,in return they are blaming me that you might need two covers thats why you are making such excuses,

    the staff of service centre insulted me in return.They refuse to admitt that they are having cover of my phone and they even refused to even go through the camera recordings.

    The staff hired is so much un-proffessional that they dont even know how to speak to customers,they dont know how to handle the crowd,

    The bottomline is that the service response i got was highly un-proffessional,pathetic and unsatisfactory.

    now i dont even want to see that people faces and buying a samsung phone is very far.

    I am so much irritated from that response that i dont have any other way but to write to you people.

    It is my humble request that please change the mother board of my phone,and most of all give a quality service to your customers.

    because there are many customers that are facing such problems but they dont write.

    I must say that,that the quality of service i got from Nokia and Apple was a class apart,they handle each and every customer seprately,they even do their work very fast,they dont let the customers wait for long.please do us a favour,make your services better.
