i have a samsung wave 525 handset..in this i face so many problems like internet is doesnt work properly in the handset and hanging problem and also automaticaly settings change problem..these problem i faced when i purchase in 5th of march.,and i complaint in samsung care but no response ..in ths motherboard is already change sometime before and software are weekly updates but samsung care is not solve my problem ,i complaint in samsung main office but they also not give me a positive response. after 2 monthes warranty will be end .i want to replace my handset coz samsung cant resolve my problem..than what can i do in ths big problem i face...plzz give me a positive response..
