we have purchased one samsung hadset model s8530w/o wave 2 from m/s sangeetha #47 j.c. road bangalore -560001 invoce no.SI/jcr/2171 dated 19-08-2011
we had given to repair to cell solution no.36/1 2nd floor vasavi temple road v.v. puram bangalore-560004 work order no.10606 dated 06-01-12 they had committed us to return on 07-01-12 hence up today we have not get any information from them.we are complained to custumer care of samsung co. also they are not giving proper reply ab. handset. every time they are telling today or tomorrow but we got no response.thy are not aware about the matter so kindly do this to needful....
