I have purchas a Acer DX650 mobile phone from Home Shop 18 the onlien shopping service center befor 5 month on 15/05/10.
Befor 1 month I was getting some problems in my phone. So i have submit the phone in Acer service center for repairing because my phone was in warranty period. But one month is passed service center not giving me any response from there side. When i am try to contact them the answer coming from there side request is forwarded but no result is coming from Acer side. the Acer service center located in TVS-E service center Kamla Nagar, New Delhi.
Now presently i am trying to connect to Acer customer care. First i have talk with Mr. Hariharan, he give me the number to Acer Zonal Head. Next i have talk to Mr. Shrinebason (Acer Zonal Head Delhi). No result is came out from there side.Now Mr. Shrinebason give a number Miss Sudha to talk about this thing on 27/11/10. I am going to talk with her but i hope no result will come out. Already 1 month is passed.
Please do the need ful for all of them in chain as soon as possible.
