Sir,

I am Dr. Chirag Parmar. I purchased Acer E101 windows mobile in Ahmedabad before 4 months. For last 1 month I had problem in touch screen. I gave my mobile to service centre in vastrapur Ahmedabad which only service centre in ahmedabad. Person at service centre told me that it will take 15 days to repair the phone as company is not providing reqiured part in time and I have to keep my phone at service centre until they get part to replace in my handset. Now its 20 days but still my mobile phone is not repaired. Person at service centre told me that they did not know how much time would require? So I tried calling number given in information booklet of mobile phone but they are not working. Any how I get other number for calling Acer representative but he told me that that number is for only Acer Laptop inquiry and gave me another number to contact. But it is number of service centre where I had given phone for repair. So I emailed to acer but they are not even replying to my email. I dont know now what can be done?
