i purchased the mobile on 06/03/2010.from 12/10/10 i started having problem regarding charging..i gave it to the service centre situated in bhopal(platinum plaza mansarover complex).they repaired my cell twice but problem was not solved.on 21/10/10 the said they have to send it to company,but since then whenever i go to ask for my cell they reply that cell is still in company ,i can collect it after few days...since then i have not recieved my cell...even wen i asked them to return my cell in whichever condition it is ,,,they said it will take another few days...even they are not providing any address of the company or their contact no. so that i can ask them about my handset..i dont know what to do now.
