The modile having the charging problem within warranty period.It was submitted 2 times in Simoco servicing center at 1A,Nandan Bagan Street,Kolkata 700004. Each time mobile was kept for 15 days and found the same issue . The issue is not at all resolved till now,I was unable to use the mobile for 1 months . My warrnty will be expired by 6th Oct'10. Please suggest how can I procced to get my compensation.
