I bought a New Sony Ericson BST-36 Battery BST36 from m/s. ganpatimarketing (Tel - 9781788866
email -<ganpatimarketing2010@gmail.com>) via ebay (PaisaPay ID 27008980896) on dated:17/07/2010, price:Rs.:190 .When received the battery, it found faulty, as it's 'Polarity' was reverse.Then I returned it with speed Post (SPEF088708794IN) on 31/07/2010.Then they send me a new battery with same fault. Again, as per their request, I send back this with speed Post (SPEF165313076IN) on dated: 25/08/2010 for refund. Now m/s. ganpatimarketing is not interested in refund. They are neither responding my calls nor mails. In between this “time period for closing of dill” via ‘ebay’ expired. Now ebay is not processing my complain. I think, this forum will take care of my problem.
