Hi,
I had purchased a sony ericsson handset on 27/07/2009 and it got damage (no display appear) within 8 month. It has been given to servicing center on 19/04/2010. They return it with status "OK" but still remain same problem. So it has been given to the servicing center again (24/06/2010). Now they demand Rs-2250/- for repairing purpose.
Same event has been happening for rest of the other customers. Actually they provide bad goods in the time of servicing and after that they demand money. But this good is on warranty period and still they demand money.
Kindly take suitable step for this fake enterprice...
