Purchased n new mob. phone on 10/01/2010 but now for the last few days it is not working. I am residing in Panchkula I had gone to the dealer in Chandigarh but he refused to help me. He said that show your mobile phone to Sony Ericssion office in Delhi. I rarely come to Delhi my residence is in Delhi but here I am doing job and do not get enough of leave that I can go and rectify the fault. It is requested to your goodself to kindly replace my mobile phone (Naite) with a new one. I do not know why such big companies give warranty when they are not ready to replace. Even the dealer refused to help me out. I am really very sorry that the big companies do not bother to help the customers when there product is sold out they just keep mum. Even the big bosses I do not know where they are and how can one see them, becuase nothing is given anything on the website & about the big bosses of big companies. The importance is diminishing becuase small companies like Spice, Micromax, Lemon etc have come and they are selling their mobile for Rs. 2500/- with all the things than why will one purchase expensive mobile phones, when these big companies just do not listen to the customers.Lastly, It is requested to kindly replace my mobile phone Naite with a new one or else in future I will also have to switch over to these mobile companies. Waiting for your reply and feedback by mail and also on mobile.

Hi Sir,

I purchased Sony Ericsson W205 Mobile Phone on 11/04/10 and its serviced 4 times already. It still have problems but the company is not ready to replace it. They ask me to go service center again and again. Its been in service center more than its with me. I mailed to Sony Ericsson support. But they replied me once saying visit service center and later they dint even bother to reply. Please help me to get justice here.
