Hi Team,
Myself Ajay Gupta living in Janakpuri New Delhi. I have purchased a Sony Ericssion mobile C903 (Cybershot) form Hotspot, District Centre, Janakpri, New Delhi on 11-07-2010. After using 2-3 weeks the loudspeaker of the phone was not working. As the mobile is in warrenty period so i gone to the sony ericssion service centre i.e. RT Outsourcing Services Pvt LTd. which is in Suneja Tower -2, District Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi on 07-8-2010. They have taken the mobile and given me the receipt and told me that i will going to be repaired in 1 week. After 1 week when i called to check the status of the phone, they told that the phone has not been repaired and it will take another 1 week. Again when i called them they are tellling that i will again take another 8-10 days as the device is out of stock. I am totally fed up with the services they are providing. If this is the services they are providing how can a comman man trust such a brand. |

hi team,
I am Arun from chennai. i am also experiencing the same kind of service issues with sony ericsson. i have a x10 mini pro and it had problems in its touch screen and when given to authorised customer care (Mobile care, Tambaram, Chennai) they simply removed the scratch card and said ok and i found the problem repeating and again gave back the phone for service and now after two to three delays still i have not received my phone and they have not provided me with a stand by phone. I contacted sony ericsson customer care thrice during this period and got the same reply that it will take 3 to 4 working days. this clearly indicates that they are not capable of fixing the problem and dont know to provide solution. because of this i have to spend 2000 on a standby phone and the time i spent in travelling were making me feel very bad about the brand they showcase to us. |
