I have purchased T303 model from one of your authorized dealers located at DT Mall, Opp. MGM Mall, MG Road, Gurgaon. My T303 has 2 major problem from the day I purchased the same. (1) Its does not have proper sound. Seems to be a problem in the speakers. (2) Its key pad, 2 keys are not working properly - for main menu and clear key (go back key). Last week I took the phone for repair to the Authorized Service Centre, 114, Central Arcade, DLF-II, Gurgaon who refused to repair because they do not have any parts to repair. Kindly look into the matter and resolve ASAP.
Today I called up Sony Ericcson Help Line No. 011-39011111 and narrated the incidence and requested immediate help. Ms. Vinita who attended my call said that you go to the Service Center again and ask the Service Center to talk to them regarding the unavailability of the spare parts at their end. Then only Sony Ericsson can help me….
In my opinion, Sony Ericsson people are harassing me and giving me mental stress by not resolving my problem. Let people know that Sony Ericsson is not worthy of Indian Market and their consumers of their products………Somebody should take care of them…..
