I have recently bought Sony Ericsson MT11i (Experia Neo v ) from Shipra Mall on 24.10.11. The phone software was creating problem from the day one .Since I was new to touch screen and to smart phone I couldn’t understand that the phone is faulty. The phone gets automatically on and off continuously. I went to spice hot spot twice but the ASM was never available who sold me that phone. Now that the phone is not working at all the service center people have said the phone is faulty and they have send it to company for repair. on 11 dec I submitted my phone at sony ericsson service center with workorder no as SE31148112695. They replaced my motherboard and returned it back to me on 22nd Dec. on 30th of Dec 2011 I again submitted the phone they upgraded the software and gave it back to me saying it would not create any problem now. The problem persisted and again they asked me to submit it on 11 Jan 2012, to keep it under observation on pretext that even one if the problem occurs during observation they would replace the phone. I received the phone from the service center that they have found the problem in the phone and they are putting the request for replacement. I have receive a call also from north India repair head from sony that he would call me by evening to let me know about the replacement. But suddenly on 20th January when I asked call center about the status of my phone they said. They would only repair and not replace. They have on their own changed the work order and are now denying replacement. How can I file a case against them.
