I am using a sony ericsson mobile phone xperia x10i. Yesterday I noticed in the Sony ericsson india website mentioning upgrade 2.1 is available for xperia x10, so upgradte it. I have tried so many times using their tool SEUS, still its pointing out your software is up to date. Today when I called the customer service they are saying it will take couple of weeks, also he doesn't know the exact information when it will available.

Sony Ericsson a branded name, providing handsets worldwide, providing a faulty information and cheating the Customers. Please I want to file a compliant on the Manufacturer giving wrong information. I felt many of us faced the same issue...

i have two workorder no ofsony ericsson for last 1 month and none of them has been sorted, and every time you call them they say that it will be done in a week or so and they never confirm the date. they are such a branded and such a f#@king after sale service.
