Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model sony ericsson j105i to Sony

Ericsson service center Vaishavi Service (Laxmi Nagar) Branch for

Mic & Charger Port problem On 14th August, 10. From there i got job

sheet (SE310VSV12950) and they told me it will take 10 to 15 days

maximum . after 10 days When I called to service center they told me

your parts will be available by 30-August your set will be repaire on

03/09/10(friday) . When i called to service center on friday(03/09/1)

they told me it will take 15 days more.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and but sorry to say that

the service of
sony ericsson which they provide to the customers is really

pathetic...
