I am Yogesh Joshi. I ordered a handset on 19th Jan 2012, Order No. 3283845, of Sony Ericsson, Model Xperia X10 Mini pro, to naptol.com The product delivered on 25th Jan 2012 and I paid cash on delivery 8700/- in full. when I opened the box and put on charge it was not charging. On the same day of the delivery, I put the complaint for the Charger which number is 2340435 as per Customer care executive. After making three call getting charger, it was delivered on exactly after a week on complaint. Now charger was working and handset running fine. Next day I import my contacts from my previous mobile and make complete setting for my personal use. Second day, in the morning when i wake up and check my cell it was completely blank screen. Now I am trying to submitting my complaint, they not only avoiding it but also not willing to pay back my sum. It is just like a toy for 3-4 years kid. A toy of Rs. 8700/-. Even toy sound when button was pressed.
I have seen many posts against Naptol.com before submitting my complaint. So, I am not the first person who was cheated by them.
Now, I want my money back and naptol.com should be seized so that no more consumer cheated in future.
I request to you please solve this issue or advice for the same.
