Sony Ericsson U100i
Hi,
This is Rajat Pandey and i was using Sony Ericsson U100i,I encounterd some problem in volume key n with bluetooth within warrenty period so I have submitted my phone at RT Outsourcing Services Ltd. Janakpuri(Auth Sony Service Center UG-14 Suneja Tower-2 District center Janakpuri) for getting repaired on july-12th-2010.I was promissd 15 days as TAT but it's been almost one n half month and so far i haven't got my phone back even after doing followup 5 times with customer ser. Instead of getting proper services, i am being harrassed.Here s the Workorder Number-SE310RJK13914. Kindly help me to get my phone back and also help me to take Legal action against them.
