I purchased a brand new Sony Ericsson Yaari(U100i) on 10th April, 2010. From the day I purchased the mobile, I am not able to use the mobile as it never worked fine for me. I went to Sony service center and submitted my mobile for there for 4-5 days and when I received my mobile phone it was not et all working and moreover, they broke my 8GB memory card and blamed me that I have given them the broken memory card which was ridiculous. Then I submitted my mobile phone to another Sony service center situated in Mayur Vihar Phase-3, New Delhi on 23rd June, 2010 but I haven't received my mobile phone till now and whenever I call Sony Ericsson help desk on 011-39011111 by my mobile phone, they either do not give any satisfactory answer or disconnect the call. They promised call backs from complaint team but I never received one. They are now saying that I have to wait till the time part would be available in the stock to repair the mobile phone. It's already been one month now and I can't wait anymore and they are neither ready to refund the money nor ready to replace the mobile. I am frustrated now and I am not able to use my mobile phone for which I have paid 12-13K from my hard earn money. Please someone suggest me what to do as I am not able to get any way to sort out this. Any suggestions on the issue or any help would be appreciable.
