It is a very poor product , since u will meet atleast two people with the same problem in five min if u reach sony erric service center,unlike other countries ther is no product call backas this model doesnt deseve be on shelf.Reach the service center n they dont operate on time published, refuse to accept it because of shortage of parts,after he does n a time of week given,there is no reply or call from them for ten days plesae try his number 011 45272737 if u get through consider that u have won a million$ lottery.Try to find status online and company is shameless to admit still under repair with no time frame or deadline as to when it will be fixed, The servicec enter prints SCRACHY on the service contract for a brand new scrachlesss phone only to escape responsibilty of any scrach from his end.
