Sony Ericsson W205

Hi,
My phone was repaired a month ago from IT solution(Sony ericcson service center) Jabapur. But again im having problems with my phone and it is still under warranty, but the worker their at service center says that I have installed duplicate parts in my mobile. Well why would I do that? And he is refusing to repair it. Help plz!
