    Red face Sony Ericsson W205 Mobile Phone

    Hi Sir,

    I purchased Sony Ericsson W205 Mobile Phone on 11/04/10 and its serviced 4 times already. It still have problems but the company is not ready to replace it. They ask me to go service center again and again. Its been in service center more than its with me. I mailed to Sony Ericsson support. But they replied me once saying visit service center and later they dint even bother to reply. Please help me to get justice here.

    Default Sony Walkman Unwired

    I have purchased a sony walkman on 21-Sep-09. Somehow I lost the warranty card. Unfortunately the device stopped working and i took it to the Sony center. They say that it is a replacement set and without warranty card they would not be able to take it forward. The question is, The warranty is only for an year, what if the device errs after an year?? So, Is this Sony Product meant to work only for an year?? Can any one suggest me on how to proceed with this? I have requested SONY to take this up on a chargeable basis but they were not accepting it.

    Thumbs down Videocon 1750

    Dear Indians

    I purchased Videocon 1750 touch Mobile Phone on 25 05 2010 from videocon retail store secunderabd area. It has a problem of touch screen function/response, bad camera quality and low battery backup since first day. I have sent handeset to videocon ASC through retail store manager on 01/06/2010. Its is lying in service centre since 10 days with the same problem. ASC is telling that presently they don't have parts to repair handset and they also don't know when the problem will be shorted out.
    I thought let try new mobile phones of our national company and try their new experience but I was wrong and I think I will not get my handset back/replaced.Now have written a complaint to videocon (support@videoconmobiles.com) and waiting for their response.
    I will give feedback to you all if I get positive respose from videocon, Mean time if any caring person want to suggest me to tackle this problem, pl write me on indiaseeds@in.com.
