On july 12 the said mobile was submitted to their gallery for repairs .. Relating disply ... Till this date no clear information about its repair. One telephone call nearly month back stating that the piece was sent to chennai head office , for repairs but due to dissatisfactory repairs was sent back to chennai once again... Now the matter is nearly 2 month old .. Since then no information what so ever. From the comany, only reply from their site that they are sorry for it .. And thats all. Our workorder no se310cs115215
