Sony Ericsson Worst service and product- when i had took mobile for problem with hearing service people said my handset has scratch hence new handset cannot be covered under warranty..i did the mistake of trusting service guy at OPERA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD Authorised service centre from sony at kolkata, they took phone for a week then said no problem with the phone and returned me, i took the delivery happily but once just took out my steps from service centre display flickered, agaain i went back to store for asking reason he said softwere need to be uploaded...asked me to leave handset with them due to closing time, I greed and went home, next day morning i got call motherboard has been corrupted and This will cost RS 8500 whereas phone cost RS.6500 and this will not included in warranty, when i spoke to Customer care they said n warranty cannot help,I got cheated from SONY ERICSSON please be aware about cheating from big MNC and their service centre..they are cheating and no one can raise voice?
