I had bought Sony Ericsson's W395 on 20th of July,2009 from hot spot, D Block, laxmi Nagar, Delhi. my bill no is 8642, tin07430284979. there are some battery problem in it so i go to service center ( opposite radhuplace ) but they don't give proper attention and make me to come again and again, each time they change it software then after hanging problem also start . After a huge effort they change its battery but after that hanging problem does not solve. I go there several time but the result was nothing. In b/w this period its warranty goes to end . I told them about this , they ensure me to solve this problem. i visit there even on last day of warranty but they told me to come later afterward they say that its warranty is ended and we will not responsible , i request him several time then after i demand for complain book then they start informal language. i have video recording of this, so i request u to solve this problem.
