I had purchased a sony erricson handset C510 last year...Within 1 week display problem occured in the phone due to which i had to submit the phone in the service centre on november29 work order no.SE310TCC12056.i was promised by the personnel in the centre that within 1 week il get my phone back.but after chasing them calling them visiting the service centre again and again i got my phone back in february..i took my phone finally and reached home and within 1 hour another problem occured that was faulty mother board inserteed in the phone..so i again submitted my phone on 26 february WORK ORDER NO.SE311TCC10977.and was again promised with 1 week time..after 2 weeks i got a phone call saying that your phone will be replaced with model no.C903. i confirmed them and they replied so it will take 1 week more to reach our service centre.So,after 1 week i visited and they now responded that we wont be able to replace ur handset will be replaced..they are trying to fool customers.earlier also they promised to replace the phone but did return my own phone which was again faulty.till date i am waiting for my phone .
