This is sincerely to inform you that i am Apurv Trivedi,i had purchased a sony ericsson mobile in november-2009 regarding which i am facing certain problems.i had given it for repair but still my mobile is troubling me and whenver i contact the local service centre here in kota,i am given one or the other excuse and no certain information is given to me.
