I have purchased a sony erricson Xperia i10 mini pro mobile on 17th July, 2011 from Poorvika Mobile, Madipakkam, Chennai. From the next day onwards, the touch was not working properly. Automatically, it invokes some option by itself. As per the instruction from Poorvika mobiles, I gave to Samsung Service Centre, Chrompet , who is the authorised service center for sony erricson as well, for getting serviced. after a month back, they returned with some other problem. On making/Receiving calls, the display becomes dead. Again i got irritated much and complained in Poorvika. They kept my mobile for a week then asked to give it to the same service center at Chrompet. I again gave it and got back yesterday, without any change. It is again not working properly. I want to get back the money or replacement for the mobile. Please help me to proceed further. Give suggestions for me to achieve this. All are working hard to earn money...so it is not easy to leave the not working product, as it is. And we are buying at the authorised dealer, branded well authorised product, authorised service centers, still getting problem. I hate the sony erricson product and the poorvika mobile center. Please help me to get recovered from this problem
