I purchesed a mobile phone from sonyericsson company,model no-w100i Spiro.But after 1 month of purches date I noticed sum problem in my phone that was Slider Problem. For that reason I am not able use. so I go to customer service centre,because I in warrenty period but they took this phone four times till today (08-12-2011 and gave me with the reply that this is OK. I want to know from them that I want to return this mobile and don't want to replaced because I suffered a lot from this company's mobile. I am fedup of this mobile and want to return money full or some little deduction. I have already complaint to the Sony Ericsson Customer care phone (No. 180030002800) with Ticket Id No. 91259717 and Complaint No. SES11C002141. Now you help me for that matter becase my mobile is Rs.4350.00 and is blocked and I am not able to expense this amount in future but mobile phone is necessary in my job.
