i have purchased a sony ericsson w595 handset on 4 jan 2010 and have got various problems on that from the very first day like connectivity problem and the handset has got hanging problem also very often it get switched off i have visited the service centre but it was of no use i think iam fooled by the company this set has a manufacturing defect

I am one of the Consumer of Sony Ericsson. I am regretting to chosen Sony Ericsson.Recently I purchased Sony Ericsson SPIRO W100 I Mobile through Univercell which is in Narayanaguda vide invoice No:P.H.NO/3489,Dated 03-11-2010 and NO:354814046922361, it's not been completed 20 days.since 07-11-2010 problems started in mobile one by one like a) restarting phone itself while using camera b). lack of battery backup c).hanging problem while watching video to reactive phone should be remove and put battery, d).rarely showing insert sim. Due to these problems I interacted nearest service centre sreetel(ph No;040-27637913) witch is in chikkadpally they checked and declared that phone has software problem They upgraded software two times with in 20 days but the problems are not yet solved. 3rd time i have interacted same centre regarding these problems and i have asked them replacement of my mobile they denied to my request and simply said that if u need replacement please contact customer centre. they are not taking care about my problems. I humbly requesting you please let me get replacement of my mobile I don’t need this mobile.
