I purchased Sony Ericsson Xperia mini handset on 06/Nov/2011 from UniverCell, Sahakarnagar, Bangalore.

The handset has encountered a problem the second day from the date of purchase. The phone gets switched off more than 7times in a day and this has been repeating every single day. I have also visited the service center and re-installed the software. However there is no improvement and the same issue continues.

My experience with the service center has been highly unsatisfactory. Is this what you call value for money and brand value? I require a replacement of the handset at the earliest. I look forward for a sincere action and reply on the same.
