Spice C-810

Purchased SPICE mobile on 23/09/2009, model number - C-810.

Given for Service on 08 - May - 2010.
Issue - Battery Discharged FAST + Call disconnects in a minute

After ~4 Months - Still Waiting for my MOBILE to be serviced, not delivered to me.

Work Order number - SAP321810500181

Can anyone please look into this and provide me my cell.
