D-1111 a big, expensive and full of features mobile. but it has got lot many problems too, which occurred with other company's mobiles too. but they are so slow and irresponsible in their approach to handle consumer problems.

What are the issues with this handset? or is it something wrong with only the piece you have bought?

Would be nice if you could share a bit more details on this... will help others make their own purchase decisions based on your review after all this is what this forum is for!

its the costliest mobile launched by spice so far, and i am the biggest fool who believed in their technology and quality.from last four-five months i am facing the same problem which they are unable to sort out even after giving my mobile thrice to their laxmi nagar service center which is far away from my place in rohini. actually i am unable to receive calls when i use CDMA sim in this cell. Rs.16000 is a big amount which i have paid for this scrap like mobile. fourth time i have submitted my mobile again with them and still no one is picking up my call. i am not clear that when would i have to again waste my time to collect my mobile from their center that too alright or again with the same problem.

another problem is with hot-spot (prashant vihar, rohini) where i bought this mobile. they told me that in the same building they have got a service center for spice mobiles. but every time they refer me to laxmi nagar or noida (when i am the owner of their extended warranty card)

my request to the consumer forum is that "please help me get my money back out of such a blunder company, i really dont want keep going to their service centers anymore". i would love to use nokia , samsung, sony but never spice again.

Ask them to refund your money in written and see what they say.. If they refuse to get the problem sorted out and also refuse to refund your money then :

You can also claim compensation for the trouble you had to go through including travelling expenses and the wages for the number of days you attend court hearings in future.

Consumer forum judges are known to be consumer friendly and are very tough on companies that take customers for granted... or mistreat them.

Get you phone back and then file this case if the problem still persists.

i am surely going to file a case against them, but first i wanted you to warn them for solving my problem. may be they won't like to indulge in the court cases, and will process my case seriously.
infact warn them not to repair my mobile but to refund my money back, because i have already wasted lots of my precious time rushing to their offices and money too. i am tired of it , please help me out..

i have requested them to pay my money back but from last two days i have not received any reply from there side. my mobile is still at service center and no intimation from there. what do i have to do now? help me out, i have borrowed someone else's mobile.
