D-1111 a big, expensive and full of features mobile. but it has got lot many problems too, which occurred with other company's mobiles too. but they are so slow and irresponsible in their approach to handle consumer problems.

What are the issues with this handset? or is it something wrong with only the piece you have bought?
Would be nice if you could share a bit more details on this... will help others make their own purchase decisions based on your review |

Ask them to refund your money in written and see what they say.. If they refuse to get the problem sorted out and also refuse to refund your money then :
Check this page for your nearest Consumer forum at NewDelhi It will only cost Rs 100 for you to file a case and a few hearings... Be advised that it might take more then a year but be assured that justice will be done. You can also claim compensation for the trouble you had to go through including travelling expenses and the wages for the number of days you attend court hearings in future. Consumer forum judges are known to be consumer friendly and are very tough on companies that take customers for granted... or mistreat them. Get you phone back and then file this case if the problem still persists. |

i am surely going to file a case against them, but first i wanted you to warn them for solving my problem. may be they won't like to indulge in the court cases, and will process my case seriously. infact warn them not to repair my mobile but to refund my money back, because i have already wasted lots of my precious time rushing to their offices and money too. i am tired of it , please help me out.. |

This forum does not have an authority to warn anyone.. this is a platform where people come for help and some companies have their reps here who regularly solve consumer issues posted here but other then that if you require legal help you should go to a consumer forum near you.
We do not provide legal services here and nor do we have the authority to intervene in such matters.. What we really do is guide members about the procedures and also make other aware so they stay away from products and services that have not been found upto the mark by members like you who post their experiences here. |
