i had purchased brand new Spice Mobile Instrument from Hot Spot located at Shivranjani, on using it on the very first day i found there was problem with the handset, i went to the Spice service center at Shivranjani office, they changed the speaker for me, but still i was not satisfied with the sound quality, i asked them to replace a new one as it was brand new, but they denied, i called the customer care number, they gave me gujarat head no and asked me to talk to him, he too denied to give a replacement, but after telling him that i will approach Consumer Court for the same he asked me to come tomorrow at his office and he will me give the replacement, meanwhile he will check the old instrument, the next day he told me that my original piece was repaired and asked me to take it, but the problem was the same, he does not agree with the problem, i also told him i am ready to bear a loss of Rs 500/- and ready to pay difference for a new upgrade piece as there is problem with this particular model.
inspite of purchasing a brand new mobile and complaining again and again for the same i am not being treated.
