Dear Sir,

I have a Spice Mobile GSM handset (Model No-M-4580) facing a problem in display since one month .
As this is in warranty period I have submit the Handset in nearby service centre at "[B]Channel-4,Singh Plaza,Dolmundai,Cuttack-01" Orissa on Dt.26.06.2010 .As per their Customer Care 25 days is the SLA for repairing the Handset .

It has been crossed 25days,but they have not repaired my Handset or replace any Handset for my daily use.

Kindly look into the matter and help me to get my Handset repaired ASAP.
