I have purchased a Spice Mobile Hand Set M-5161(Dual SIM), Black Golden from your Retail Shop Address 277, Diamond Harbour Road, Behala, Kolkata - 700 034 vide Inv.no.158387001 dt 07.07.10 for Rs.2475.00 Customer ID 158376412, IMEI : 910070200952911 / 910070200952929 and C/N : CA1023142760
After using 7 days the above mentioned handset have automatically switched off and also hanged, then the handset have gone for repairing on 17.07.10 through your authorized Service Centre Spice Mobile HUB, 62, Diamond Harbour Road(Janakalyan), Merlin Estate, Shop No.4, Kolkata - 700 008. After repair, they have handed over the handset to me on 30.07.10 and told that all the problems detected.
Then, further the handset showing same problems and send for repairing on 08.08.10, after repair the said handset showing the another type of problems.
So, I request to kindly replace the handset for a new one or other model, if the price will be high, then I will agree to pay the balance amount.
