Sir, im using Spice mobile phone for 1st and last time. I purchased this handset before 9 months (near by jan or feb) Handset is Good but after 9 month i faced a problem when-ever i on its camera set hang. I call up to spice customer care. They provide me serivce center address located in Ashok vihar.. Address has already changed no one has any idea, even i waist atleast my 1 hour.. when i reached there person told me wait for half an hour after half an hour i told him please tell me the states then he again told me wait again half an hour. Finaly i shouted nd told that person tell me the states after 1 hour he told me i cant repair ths set i sent ur set to my had office nd after 15 days u can get ur handset. after 15 days i called up nd said can i come. the person told me no after 3ays back u called me again when completed 3 days i called up again with same question. then he again told me call up after 6 more days..( i submitted my handset on 6th of sep,2010. ) again i called up that person gave me same reply with route behaviour. Now today is 6-10-10 but i didnt received my handset almost 1 month went out.. What should i do nd yes before 10 days i mailed to spice customer care with full of my problem but that person name is shailendra gve me surity that ill help you nd u ll get ur handset on monday like 4/10/10 but he is 3rd class person i feel like abusing him but i controll myself... whenever i called up he didnt received my phone .....now what should i do. i want serious action with those stupid person. he commited me but nw he started cutting my calls .......
