I purchased a spice mobile model no. MI 310 in the month of april 2011.I recently had a problem with the handset due to which i went to the service centre at JJcolony ,Ashok Vihar in the month of octuber.I was baffled: : to know that my handset was not in the warranty period as the employee at the service centre tells me .In addition to that he told me that my handset had a "local display" in it which was clearly changed by the hot spot it self before the phone was sold to me <it was a first hand phone>.
now according to my understanding i went to the respected hot spot at mayur vihar phase 3 from where i purchased the phone. when i purchased the phone i was given an unsealed phone but purely on the brands trust i accepted it. .
Now i talked to the store employee and he told me that they will take care of the matter .But they took more than 1 month to look into the matter and now its been two months of wage promises i dont understand what to do ..They say that their senior is not giving them any directions to proceed .
A week back they asked me to deposit the handset as they will proceed with the procedure but till date i have not been provided with the solution . i have been calling them daily to keep a follow up but they have been post****ing me .
they did tell me that they checked my handset with the service centre and verified that the display of the phone is local since i purchased it from them . But no steps taken after that
I feel absolutely cheated and have spent uncountable hours and money for redressal but no solutions
i expect my phone to be exchanged or repaired along with coverd warranty of an year
Kindly look into the matter and take neccesary actions.
