I made a purchase of Spice QT 60 mobile Handset on 26th January, 2011 from Home Shop 18, as the Java applications are not working since from the day one of its purchase I approached HS18, I have been suggested to contact customer care Spice mobile.
When contacted Spice mobile customers care I have been informed to approach the nearest Spice service center.
Later on when approached on 2nd January, 2012 Mobile Sava (Spice Service center, Jayanagar 4th Block Bangalore), I have been asked to deposit/handover handset for couple of days for rectification/repair.
After a couple of days I called Mobile Sava for status report of hand set rectification, I have been told that rectification not possible at the service centre and therefore forwarded to head office and will take 15 days for rectification.
On 27/01/2012 when I called Mobile Sava I was surprised to hear from one of the executive that the rectification not yet happened, also that executive spoke to me so harshly (I believe he is expressing his inability/incapability & not aware of terms & conditions - that the delivery has to be made within 21 days from the date of deposit of hand set).
In this regard I lodged a complaint with Home shop on 30/01/2012, today I got a call from Home Shop and the executive told me that the Java applications are out dated because of this reason applications are not working. (If this would be the case why Spice & Home Shop 18 are keeping customers in dark, both Home shop & Spice cheating customers[/U]).
Please help me I want a replacement or refund of money which I paid.
