I am Debansu banerjee. Live in dankuni, chanditala, hooghly (W.B).Buy a intex mobile (in-6611),imei no. is 910001491582596/910001491633597. purches dated on 12.01.2010. Beging month of feb I face some problem in handset.so I am contect in retailer. Retail refer to intex service center(Air voice in howrah). So , I am submit my mobile in air voice.Till 2monthes after service center say this mobile is not repaire because this handset is manufactureing problem. So take my mobile. So again contact retailer. Retailer say please contact distributer.Distributer address is sarkar communication,majeraut chamrail, howrah-711114. Distributer received handset and said to me that the mobile problem slove with in few days. But 1 month already covered. No response from distributer.Am I saw negligency is present on distributer.so the moral is retailer, service center & distributeris are all over negligent person. Now that time I am confused what I do. I hope you understand what I saying.
