I had purchased Black berry pearl 8100 through the online shopping of times internet limited. I booked the order on 04/11/2010 and received the product on 18/11/2010. Mr order No. is 112683757. I booked a complaint No. 554491 on 19/11/2010 and was assured that a person from their establishment would come and pick the item up but in spite of several written and oral reminder no reverse pick up has been arranged so far.
Now you are requested to help me out on this issue and get the matter solved at your earliest
