i had sent the mobile for repair under warranty when the display of the mobile stopped working. the mobile reached the company's Malad office on 13th of december '11 , and i was assured that i would get it back in 7 to 10 days in working condition. but its now over 40 days and inspite of calling them again agian they are not sending the mobile back and making excuses of unavailability of spare parts.
