I am government servant (working in mantrala - as senior inspector- agriculture dept). I have purchased mobile of unicare qurum m-c201s on 24/08/2010 from drive india enterprises solution ltd 21/23 rustom bldg., v. Nariman road, fort mumbai for rs.2100/- and on 02/09/2010 it has started problem in directly listning, i have to use compulsarily headphone. When i went to them they said we cannot do anything you have to go to our technical support office. I told them i have purchase the same from you and withiin 10-12 days i came to know the fault, that me you have sold me the faulty instrument so now it your duty to repair or give me a new piece. So they refused and asked me to go their support office. I went at karmabhoomi b wing plot no.215 babli konekar marg, hingwalal cross lane, ghatkopar, mumbai on 07/09/2010 vide d c no.sc001b0302. They asked me to come after 10-12 days. I went there after 15 days, but now they telling that we have received yet instrument from our repairing centre, you come after a week. Once again i visited there office after 10 days now they are telling that we have not yet received the same so come after 20 days.
Now i want my money back with interest and penal interest as they are not giving neither new instrument nor repaird insturment. I want my money back with penalty from them. Please guide.
