I bought CRUZ 1425 mobile on 8/9/10 .Not even 3 months as been completed mobile consists of following problem .Battery backup is not there ,Network signal strength is week ,FM is playing with distortion .so i gave my mobile to ACCEL FrontLine service center -Chennai on 9Nov 10.They reported that mobile consists of motherboard problem .After replacing the motherboard they wil give the mobile.Whenever i call to them ask they are telling that they did't get any feedback from Videcon Mobile.
